Alpine Heights 2024

From now until the end of February, we are transforming into Alpine Heights at Assembly again this winter: a modern après ski inspired lodge boasting hot cocktails, festive winter ales, comfort food, themed décor, cozy blankets, and blazing fire pits, paired with one of the city’s best views.

A reimagined winter menu from Executive Chef Sonny Ingui is sure to warm guests up with highlights such as the Alpine Burger, Raclette and Gruyere Fondue, Beef Bourguignon, and Flatbread pizzas made in an outdoor oven. 

The ski-lodge inspired menu can be paired with cozy cocktails, wines, local brews, and more, including chilled beverages such as the Solstice Glow, Mountain Mist, and Summit Ember; hot cocktails including All White Hot Chocolate, Cherry Apple Hot Cider, and a Hot Toddy.
